Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel's location was safe with great bathroom lighting and a double sink, but it was in the older part of Wenatchee and not close to attractions. The service was non-helpful, contrasted by the clean and nice hallways. The dining options were inexpensive, although not included in our stay. The rooms were spacious, featuring an excellent bathroom layout with separate sinks, but they were horribly dirty. The location's clerks lacked helpfulness, yet the channel listings provided many options to choose from.
The hotel had a spacious room that was very clean, with crisp linens, a comfortable bed, and a quiet atmosphere. However, it was a bit dark due to a large tree outside and had a bad smell sometimes. The service was friendly and attentive, although there was a minor incident of rudeness when we arrived close to breakfast closing time. The location was central for our planned activities, safe, and with excellent bathroom lighting, and double sinks. The dining options were not included but had a good selection, although heavy on carbs and sugar. The hotel offered facilities including leather office chairs, armoires, new flatscreens, and readiness to handle major situations.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was very central for the activities we had planned, and the staff was friendly. However, the lack of TV channel information and an issue with a staff member's behavior were minor drawbacks.
